Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Blueberry Hill in Beverly, Massachusetts, sits on a rolling campus and offers residents many outside areas for therapy and visiting. Our nursing and rehabilitation center is conveniently located near the 128 Expressway and Beverly Hospital.

We offer a specialty pulmonary program and wound care services. Our center has been accredited by The Joint Commission and we have been awarded the Bronze – Commitment to Quality award from the American Health Care Association.

We are improving our clinical capabilities and staffing in order to accept patients with greater medical complexity than a traditional nursing home. This is increasingly important as many higher acuity patients require transitional care before they are ready to return home.
